My name is Carrie Hahn - wife and mother of two young girls living in Pittsburgh, PA. After suffering for several years with depression, seasonal allergies, sinusitis, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, chronic fatigue, constipation and chronic yeast infections, I set out on my own to find an answer for the ailments to which my allopathic doctors had no cure for; only more prescription drugs. After several months of research I was finally directed to the website of the Weston A. Price Foundation and knew instantly that I had found the answer. The foundation to good health lies in the food we eat - how it is grown, raised and prepared.
I immediately began securing local sources of nutrient dense foods from sustainable farms in western Pennsylvania including, organic and naturally raised - fruits and vegetables, raw milk, grass fed beef and lamb, pastured pork, chicken and eggs. I have since developed a network of farmers and consumers who understand the importance of high quality foods and how they impact not only our health and well being, but the environment, locally economy and humanity. In 2003, I became the Chapter Leader in Pittsburgh for the Weston A. Price Foundation.
Hahn Natural Foods was created in 2005 to provide other nutritional foods which Dr. Weston A. Price had found to be significant sources for fat soluble activators, vitamins and minerals. All of the products found on this website were thoroughly research and have been an important part of the Hahn Family diet. The best research by far has been the impact these products have had on my family's health!
